Anitheiess “ET” Jackson is the Founder and CEO of Mentor Me, an on-demand mentorship platform created to connect people with experienced mentors who can provide practical, real-world guidance. His vision is simple: access to the right person, the right experience, and the right advice can change the direction of someone’s life.

Built Through Real-World Experience

ET’s leadership philosophy was built outside the traditional boardroom. Through more than a decade working in the bail bond industry, he developed experience communicating with people during some of the most difficult and uncertain moments of their lives. The work demanded composure, empathy, accountability, problem-solving, and the ability to perform under pressure.

His experience in real estate expanded that foundation into negotiation, business development, relationship building, and entrepreneurship. Across industries, ET discovered the same principle: people often have the ambition to succeed, but access to experienced guidance can dramatically shorten the distance between uncertainty and action.

ET has carried that same philosophy into athletics as a 6-Time World Push-Up Champion and GOAT Fuel ambassador. Years of high-volume training and competitive performances have made discipline, consistency, resilience, and mental toughness central to his approach to both life and business. For ET, championship performance is not simply about what happens during competition — it is about repeatedly doing the work when nobody is watching.

Mentor Me was created from ET’s belief that people should not have to spend years learning lessons that an experienced mentor could help them understand in one conversation.
