For 11 years, ET served as a licensed bail bondsman, guiding people through the justice system with empathy, resilience, and leadership under pressure. Later, he transitioned into real estate — mastering negotiation, strategy, and personal development to help clients build lives of stability and success.

Outside of business, ET is a 6-Time World Push-Up Champion and sponsored athlete with GOAT Fuel Energy Drink, founded by NFL legend Jerry Rice. His athletic work ethic mirrors the principles behind Mentor Me: consistency, mindset, and unstoppable drive.
